Shipping

Smooshie NZ Limited products are sent via courier. You have the option to add signature delivery if you require, however our usual shipping procedure is overnight delivery with track and trace. Track and trace details will be sent to you via email for you to track your package. If, by chance, your order is lost in transit, we do not accept responsibility for this and you will not be compensated for the product costs. We recommend contacting the courier provider if you have this issue.

Product(s) will be sent within two working days of your order being received during our hours of operation Monday to Friday. If we are unable to send your order within the two working day time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to change or cancel your order if we are unsatisfactorily late in our dispatch. 

Returns Policy

If the product you receive is not up to our usual standard, we require your immediate communication. Subject to our product review, we will organise a return and/or refund of the products purchase price.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product received was damaged in transit or the wrong order has been sent.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, PayPal and internet banking transfer. Your order will not be sent without payment being received. 

Warnings

Our Smooshie NZ Limited 'Treats', 'Cakes', and 'Cookies' are intended to be a "sometimes" food for dogs, and should not be given as a meal substitute. Please consider portion ratios for the size and health of your dog.

Please read the back of packaging and warning label on receipt of product for correct usage of our product(s). Smooshie NZ Limited cannot accept liability for any damages if due care and warning label instructions are not adhered to.
